The “Home of the Original Mai Tai” and pioneer of fusion cooking, the Chinese wood fired oven specialties promise a treat for all tastes and occasions.

In 1944 a legend was born. The Trader handed a drink to a friend and they exclaimed, “it’s mai tai roa ae!” (Tahitian for “out of this world-the best”) and the first Mai Tai was born.
